Join us for a festive Midsummer-inspired home party where you can network with your fellow brothers and enjoy a delightful welcome dinner. Details for the home party will be available on the name tags.
We gather at our local club house at 17:30 where the homeparty hosts will take good care of you.

22:00 - Late: Clubhouse Party
Get ready for a fun-filled night at the Clubhouse Party! Our hosts have planned an enjoyable evening filled with music, dancing, and good company. It's the perfect opportunity to let loose and socialize with your fellow brothers.

09:00 - 10:30: RT36 Numbers Meeting at the Town Hall
We will convene at the Town Hall for the official RT36 Numbers Meeting, where key discussions and presentations will take place.
Each individual club should perform a short presentation of their clubs (MAX 3 MINUTES).

10:30 - 15:00: Crayfish Party
Experience a traditional Swedish crayfish party, complete with delicious seafood, music, and merriment. This event offers a unique cultural experience and a chance to bond with your fellow brothers. 
We would like to inform you that alternative food options will be available for those who do not prefer seafood.
On Saturday it will be very warm and sunny outside, this activity offers the possibility to take a bath in a lake so please bring swimwear and towels if you want to cool down.
At the end of the crayfish party transport is arranged back into Linköping City.

10:30 Meet-up for Transport to Crayfish Party

We will meet up outside the Town Hall directly after the official meeting for our transport to the crayfish party.

18:30 - 23:00: Gala Dinner
Saturday evening will be a magical one! We will dine amongst fighter planes and the wings of history will embrace us as we will create new memories for those that join us. An exclusive dinner at the Swedish air force museum in Linköping. After the dinner we will continue into Linköping City where you can enjoy the nightlife.

As a custom each individual club should arrange a small performance.
18:30 Meet-up for transportation to the Gala Dinner
